How To Create Additional/Custom Fields In Dle?

I’ll really appreciate if someone could help me about making additional/custom fields in DLE. If someone has detail tutorials about this, please mention it here or tell me where I could get details about that. Actually I want to make custom fields in my website as shown in the picture of this site as well I want posting articles in similar fashion as is done on this site.
